What conditions can you help with?
I work with clients experiencing chronic health issues, including fatigue, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, and mental health concerns. I also specialise in paediatric cases, such as ADHD and autism. Each treatment plan is personalised to your needs.

How long does each consult run for?

Initial consults have a run time of approximately 45-60 minutes. Return consults will generally run for 30 minutes.

Do you provide telehealth consultations?
Yes! Telehealth is available for all clients, both local and interstate. Virtual consultations follow the same thorough process as in-clinic visits, and are conducted via Zoom.

How do I prepare for my first consultation?
Please bring any relevant medical reports, lab results, and a list of medications or supplements you are currently taking. This ensures a comprehensive assessment and gives me all the information I need when creating your treatment plan.

How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on your condition, adherence to the plan, and the body’s healing response. Many clients see improvements within a few weeks, but chronic conditions often require longer timeframes for long-term, drastic change

Do you offer testing, and what kind?
Yes! Functional testing may include mineral status, gut microbiome analysis, genetic testing (MTHFR), heavy metals, and other relevant markers. These tests help create a highly personalised and effective treatment plan.

Can I claim the consult on private health insurance?

Yes! You can claim with the following health funds:

  • APIA

  • Medibank

  • ARHG Group (CUA Health, HBF Health, Latrobe Health Services, Mildura Health Fund, Phoenix Health Fund, St Lukes Health and Westfund Health Insurance)

  • NIB (GU Health, AAMI and Suncorp)

  • Qantas Health Insurance

Please let me know during the initial consult if you would like to claim, so I can make sure your invoice has the correct provider number.

Does my child need to be present at their consultation?

I recommend bringing your child along to the initial consultation unless they have severe behavioural issues. Seeing them face-to-face helps me with my case analysis, and gives me the opportunity to get to know them!

What happens if I have to cancel?

There is no charge for cancellations made with over 24 hours notice. You will be charged for same-day cancellations, if the consultation is not rescheduled to an alternate date.

What are your qualifications?

I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition at Torrens University. I am also registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

I haven’t received my treatment plan yet! When can I expect it?

Treatment plans will be sent after your first follow-up consult, after I have carefully analysed your case, seen test results, and discussed the protocol thoroughly with you.

For all ongoing consults, treatment plan updates will be sent within 24 hours.
