What do I pick: coaching or consults?
Through my experience in clinic, I have come to learn that we all require different levels of support on our health journey. This has led me to diversify my offerings, expanding beyond general one-on-one consultations to also include nutrition coaching packages. Both offerings share a common goal: to help you heal. They just follow different paths! If you are unsure which is best for you - keep reading.
Consultations are best for those wanting more flexibility and less commitment. Maybe you have a busy schedule and can’t commit to the frequency of consults required in coaching. Consultations also work better if you are a good self-starter and don’t need much guidance and support to get things done. Additionally, one-on-one consultations are the best choice for children. Coaching packages are not designed for kids.
Coaching packages, on the other hand, are recommended for those who are looking to invest in their health and receive more structure and hands on support. Coaching packages require dedication for the length of your program, and are for those who are truly ready to transform their life to achieve optimal health. If you struggle with starting and maintaining dietary and lifestyle changes, these programs are designed to keep you accountable so that you can’t fall off the bandwagon!
